You can add products or services to deals in Bitrix24 CRM and increase sales with recurring revenue option. It comes with real-time deal tracking, integrated and easy-to-use product catalog.

Note: Only fields to which the user has access are displayed. For example, if a user does not have the right to see the purchase price of an item, that column will not be listed.

Once you select and apply the columns, they appear on the right.

Repeat agreements and queries
Clients can contact you multiple times. In this case, there will be several agreements connected to one person. In Bitrix24 , such agreements are divided into two groups: repeat inquiries and recurring agreements .

Repeat queries
For example, a customer contacted your company several times but didn’t buy anything. You converted repeat leads into deals, but none of those deals were won.

All of these agreements are treated as repeat queries.

Recurring opportunities
Once a customer buys something from you, you have successfully completed the deal. Any future deals created by this customer will be marked as Recurring deals .

How to find repeat opportunities and leads?
Unlike recurring leads, recurring deals cannot be disabled.

The Deal filter has fields for New Deal , Repeat Deal , and Repeat Query . Use these to find the entities you want.

You can also use automation rules that will only work for repeat deals or leads. Specify the condition: Repeat action – equals – Yes.

NOTE: You can also select duplicate leads and queries in the conditions.

Automation rules can be used to move recurring deals to other stages, run business processes, etc.

Create an offer
A quote is a CRM element that contains information about the company, products and services, as well as a cooperation offer. This is the next stage of working with the client after the agreement is created. You can create a quote as a document from the entity form.

NOTE: Check if this option is available on your plan.

Visually, offers are similar to leads and opportunities. On the left side, there are fields with information about the offer. On the right side, there is a timeline.

At the top of the form, there are two buttons: Document and Actions . By clicking on them, you can create a quote and send it to the customer.

The Document button opens a list of documents that you can create based on the quote.
The Actions button performs the selected action with the document.

You can automate your work with citations using automation rules and triggers.

Automation rules can generate documents according to specified templates, send emails to customers, remind employees of events, or initiate business processes.

Triggers can move invoices to the next stage when a customer reads an email or opens a document.
