Sending an automatic email to a candidate after they submit their WordPress job application form is a good way to let them know that you have indeed received their application and will be in touch with them soon. This prevents candidates from second-guessing your website and sending more than one application.

We strongly recommend that you turn on notifications, switzerland email list but if you prefer, you can turn them off from this panel.

Step 6:
A form confirmation is what is displayed to inform a candidate that their application has been accepted. You can also use these confirmation messages to tell candidates what their next steps are.

WPForms offers 3 types of confirmations:

Message: This is the default confirmation. After an applicant submits their WordPress job application form, a message will appear confirming their action.
Show Page : If you choose this option, candidates will be taken to a specific confirmation page that you have created within your own site. This is a great option if you have additional steps you would like the candidate to take after applying.
Go to URL (Redirect) : If you want to send candidates to a website other than yours after they submit their application, this is the option to choose.
For the sake of this tutorial, we will show you how to do the most used option: Message.

In the Form Editor, under Settings , click the Confirmation tab . Then click Message.

enable confirmation message

For this tutorial, we'll be adding it to a page as that's the most common location for a job application form in WordPress.

Create a page as you normally would from your WordPress dashboard. Once you have it the way you want it, add a new block and select WPForms. You will then see a dropdown menu from which you can choose your form.
