Our team is hard at work creating a marketing dashboard in Nutshell, a marketing command center that shows you metrics like:

Website traffic and page views
Broadcast, newsletter, and drip sequence metrics
Views, submissions, and conversions for Nutshell forms and connected forms
New contacts identified through VisitorIQ
Et plus encore
With the new marketing dashboard in Nutshell, you’ll gain better visibility into all your marketing campaigns and channels in Nutshell, so you can market—and sell—more effectively.

Nutshell SMS

This quarter will also see the launch of Nutshell SMS, text messaging in your CRM that will allow your contacts to opt in and have SMS conversations with your team. When you leverage SMS in Nutshell, you can enrich relationships and let contacts choose how they stay in touch with your company.

This new feature is currently in beta testing and will soon be available for all Nutshell customers.

More SMS capabilities like text automation and SMS marketing are in the works, so stay tuned for more updates after the initial SMS launch.
