RULE 1: LISTEN

Social media is a two-way street. You need to tailor your content to your customers’ needs. Make sure you listen to your customers and their needs. Educate yourself in your field, follow your competitors, engage in online conversations where you can learn what your potential customers are interested in. If you post content that is uninteresting and doesn’t bring any benefits to your business, you won’t get any results. Listen to what your customers need and tailor your content accordingly.
RULE 2: FOCUS ON WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT


To be successful on social media, it's better to focus on what you do best or what you are passionate about . When building your brand, it's crucial to keep your focus on what you want to communicate to your potential customers with your brand. I suggest reading your vision and goals over and over again, this will help you stay focused on the things that matter.

RULE 3: QUALITY CONTENT


Good and quality content, aimed at your target audience, is the key to success . In social networks, quality content always takes precedence over quantity. It is better to have fewer posts and really good ones. It is better to have accountants email database 1000 followers who are really interested in your brand and what you want to communicate than 100,000 followers who show no interest. And remember, one well-written article is better than 100 articles that have no content.

RULE 8: BE ACCESSIBLE


Be available to your audience. It's never okay to write a post and disappear. Involve your followers in your posts, ask them for their opinions. When you receive a message or a comment on your post, respond - within 24 hours at the latest.

This will keep customers coming back to you and buying your products or services. Offer good content, such as great advice, a free e-book, special discounts or promotions ... There's a lot of room for creativity here. And believe me, it will pay off.


The path to success on social media requires a lot of energy, knowledge and consistency. Always keep your potential customer in mind. Focus on what the customer expects and wants. When you succeed in this, you will see significant results. So stop wasting time, start tracking your progress by following your strategy and adjusting it as needed.
